Unlock Bigger Wins in Repeat Daily Tournaments: Streamlined Schedule, Increased Prize Pools, and Top Player Rewards!

We’re thrilled to announce some significant changes to our daily tournament structure designed to enhance your competitive experience and increase the value of every match you play! We’ve heard your feedback, especially from our vibrant Discord community, and these updates are a result of both our tournament data as well as what the community has been telling us in Discord.

TL;DR

  1. Moving to two daily tournaments per game title
  2. Prize pool increase per daily tournament
  3. Top competitors to earn more

Here’s a breakdown of what’s new:

Streamlined Repeat Daily Tournaments Schedule

To give players more of a chance to engage with all daily tournaments, we’ve reduced the overall counts and increased the duration. Instead of up to 6-12 tournaments per day, you’ll now find two daily tournaments per game title. These will be scheduled in two distinct 12-hour blocks (UTC):

  • 00:00 – 11:59 UTC
  • 12:00 – 23:59 UTC

In order to accommodate the increase in hours, games counted in each tournament have moved from 3 (or 2) to 5. This change allows for more focused competition and more players to achieve a score in the event. As always, only your best games count!

Bigger and Better Prize Pools

We understand that the thrill of competition is amplified by the rewards, which is why we’ve increased the prize pools for each individual daily tournament! This means that while there are fewer tournaments, the potential winnings for each one are significantly higher, offering greater value for your time and skill.

Reducing How Many Places Win Prizing

A highly requested feature from our Discord community was the implementation of prize pools that focus more winnings on higher placements. With these new changes, a larger portion of the prize pool will be distributed to the top-ranking players, making it even more rewarding for those who reach the pinnacle of the leaderboards. This change aims to recognize and celebrate the dedication and skill of our top competitors.

We believe these changes will create a more engaging, competitive, and rewarding experience for all Repeat.gg players. Dive into the new daily tournaments and show us what you’ve got! Good luck, have fun, and we’ll see you on the leaderboards!. Dive into the new daily tournaments and show us what you’ve got! Good luck, have fun, and we’ll see you on the leaderboards!

We are always open to feedback so please let us know how you feel by filling out a form in our Discord channel. will be running this new format for a few weeks. After this initial period, we will re-evaluate based on community sentiment to ensure we’re continually optimizing your experience.

Rocket League Champions Road

Repeat is giving away thousands of Rocket League drops AND over $50,000 in cash prizes in September

Hold up – did someone say Rocket League skins and items up for grabs AND a $50,000 in cash? And for every Rocket League tournament you achieve a rank on the leaderboard on Repeat in the month of September you will receive a drop – guaranteed! Yeah, you read that right. Champions Road just launched, and it’s about to be the biggest month in Rocket League competitive play on Repeat!

What’s All the Hype About?

Champions Road isn’t just another Rocket League tournament series on Repeat – it’s a month-long gaming marathon that will have something for everyone! From September 4th through September 30th, we’re talking daily tournaments, a $5,000 main event, and we’re running back the Carry Team Invitational for both North America and Europe.

Here’s the deal: every single day there’s going to be a tournament waiting for you. Whether you’re a 3v3 ranked grinder, prefer the intensity of 2v2 matches, or you’re one of those absolute legends who dominates in Hoops, Dropshot, Rumble, or Snow Day – we’ve got you covered. And each one of these tournaments will give Rocket League drops to every single participant

The Big Prize: Champions Road Cup

To celebrate the RLCS Champions Road as well as the LTM Jump Jam, we are co-hosting the $5,000 USD Champions Road Cup with Rocket League & PlayStation.  The best part? It’s global. NA, EU, doesn’t matter – everyone’s competing in the same pool.

Here’s what makes this different: not only are the top 40 percent getting paid, like all Repeat tournaments, we’re also giving away Rocket League Deluxe Drops to every single participant from the tournament.

The top 100 will receive 5 codes, and everyone else with a rank on the leaderboard will receive 1 code. There are no limits to how many drops you can receive, so be sure to join us for the entire month!

How It All Works

For every Champions Road tournament you enter in the same game mode, only your best performances count. So if you’re a 3v3 beast, make sure you’re entering every live 3v3 tournament, and making the most of your playtime. It’s not just about showing up once and hoping for the best – consistency and showing up every day actually pays off here.

Ready to Hit the Road?

Whether you’re chasing that Champions Road Cup prize or just want to snag some sick rewards along the way, September is going to be your month to shine. So test your skills and your TW luck!

Time to prove you’ve got what it takes. See you on the pitch.

Madden 25 Tournaments now in BETA!

0
madden 25 tournaments

We’re excited to announce early support for Madden NFL 25 tournaments on Repeat!

As part of our Beta rollout, you’ll be among the first to compete, test new features, and help us build the best Madden tournament experience yet.

Right now, Madden 25 tournaments are in Beta to ensure the best possible competitive environment. We’re gathering feedback, optimizing gameplay scheduling and reporting, and scaling support carefully to match player demand. If you spot any issues or have ideas to make tournaments even better, your input is invaluable.

Which Tournament Modes are Supported?

Out of the gate, we’re supporting two of the most popular game modes for our Leaderboard Tournaments:

Game Mode: Quick Play – Online H2H

Straight up, traditional football – the classic Madden experience. Pure matchups, just jump into a game and play.

Game Mode: Ultimate Team – H2H Ranked

Madden’s signature “build your dream team” mode where you assemble your team from NFL players, past and present. It’s one of the biggest and most popular modes in Madden year after year.

Our Ultimate Team tournaments are split by OVR

Madden OVR Explained

Your OVR refers to your Madden Ultimate Team rating within the game. There are some tournaments in our leaderboards which will only count scores if you fall within the range of OVR listed in the tournament. I.e., a Tournament with 91-99 OVR will only include matches where your team falls within that OVR for the match.

Note – This is tracked based on your entire team’s OVR when you start the match, not just your starters. Also, this does NOT take into account your opponent’s OVR. Only your own.

What Happens After Beta?

Once we’ve completed testing and are confident everything is humming along nicely, you can expect larger prize pools, special events and featured challenges. Keep an eye on your inbox, our discord, our socials and this blog to be the first to know when we all take the next step forward.

Got Scoring Feedback?

Make sure you check out the Scoring Breakdown and let us know what you think. Points too high for something? Are we missing a scoring opportunity? Send through your thoughts.

I’ve Found a Bug! What Next?

Great! That’s exactly the point of this Beta phase. If you find something, please report it here.

Thanks to all those who pre-registered. We’re excited about this new, highly requested addition to Repeat.

Best Weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

0
Best weapons in black ops

Looking to gain an advantage in Call of Duty? Here are the best weapons to use in Black Ops 6 for any skill level.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 pushes the franchise into a new era of fast-paced gameplay with intense gunfights, intricate maps, and the innovative omnimovement system. While players are acclimating to enhanced mobility, the gaming community is hard at work identifying the best weapons in Call of Duty. Adaptability is key to staying on top of your game given the ever-changing meta and frequent balance updates.

Mastering the best weapons and optimizing loadouts is essential for excelling in upcoming ranked play and Call of Duty tournaments. Try out these top-tier weapons to find one that fits your playstyle.

XMG

For players who want something different from the usual weapon classes, the XMG Light Machine gun is a standout choice. The XMG provides sustained firepower over medium range, making it an excellent choice for holding sight lines in modes like Hardpoint. Its high rate of fire, large magazine size, and manageable recoil make it a perfect solution to wallbang camping enemies. The XMG is incredibly satisfying to fire, not to mention its high damage per shot.

Despite all its strengths, it’s still an LMG, which means you’ll have to contend with its agonizingly slow reload speed and ADS time. However, with careful gameplay and positioning, you’ll be farming killstreaks off of enemies who try to rush without thinking.

XM4

The XM4 is available as soon as you begin playing Black Ops 6, and it’s a reliable gun that quickly becomes a staple in many players’ loadouts. Known for its ease of use and versatility, the XM4 dominates mid-range engagements and holds its ground against SMGs in close quarters. Even without attachments, the XM4 is strong right out of the gate, making it perfect for casual players who want to dive into matches without feeling underpowered. And if you need further convincing, consider this: the XM4 is so effective, it’s one of the banned weapons in competitive leagues for Black Ops 6.

Tanto .22

The Tanto .22 SMG proves that submachine guns can rack up high elimination counts despite their range limitations. It brings the mobility expected of its class while boasting an explosive 3-4 shot kill. While the Tanto .22 may not initially impress with its base stats, it becomes a top-tier weapon with the right attachments, especially the Rapid Fire mod, which addresses its relatively slow rate of fire.

This gun demands player skill to be effective, but the payoff is more than worth it. The Tanto .22 is the only SMG banned in competitive leagues, as pro players recognize how dominant it can be in skilled hands. With the right setup and strategy, the Tanto .22 can be a game-changing addition to your loadout.

AEK-973

The AEK-973 is a marksman rifle featuring a three-round burst system. This gun is downright unfair to play against in the right hands since precise players can eliminate with just one burst. A good scope and a few attachments to control its recoil will allow you to surprise enemies in mid-range fights. However, the Rapid Fire mod brings the gun to its full potential and you’ll immediately feel the difference when using it. Accurate players should watch out for this one when it comes to Warzone.

Model L

Even with the AS VAL remaining a strong choice despite its nerfs, the Model L has now emerged as the top-tier weapon in Black Ops 6. The Model L is a reliable workhorse you can take on any map and still come out on top. With the right attachments, it has almost no recoil and sticks to its target like glue. Its consistency more than makes up for the slower TTK compared to other assault rifles. If you want a gun that performs well without any fuss, try the Model L. After all, the pros wouldn’t have banned this weapon from competitive leagues if it wasn’t a problem.

What are Matchmaking Leaderboards?

Repeat has long operated as a leaderboard tournament platform where users can simply play their favorite game like they always do and earn scores based on their in-game performance. Matchmaking leaderboards are not much different, however players will get placed into separate leaderboards within the tournament which are strictly based on your skill level at the time of the tournament.

During the active period of a tournament Repeat will track your scores as we normally do, and once the tournament ends we will segment the entire tournament into a multiple leaderboards based on your in-game rank or skill level.

Once the tournament has been sorted into the multiple leaderboards, Repeat will calculate the finial scores and distribute prizing. This means that highly ranked players will be in one leaderboard, medium ranked players in another, and so forth, with multiple “first place” positions.

At the conclusion of the tournament you’ll only be able to see the leaderboard that you were placed on, and where you ranked compared to your peers (of similar in-game rank or skill level).

This alleviates some of the concerns users have around players who get lower skill lobbies dominating the standard tournaments. Each leaderboard will have its own payout within the tournament, so players of all skills will be rewarded no matter what!

What determines each leaderboard?

This feature is in testing phase for League of Legends and Rocket League for now, and leaderboards will be determined by your actual in-game rank by the end of the tournament (ex: if you are Bronze rank in League of Legends or Grand Champion in Rocket League, you will be sorted based on that).

How are the leaderboards decided?

At the end of the tournament, users will be split into their leaderboards depending on their in game rank at that time. These leaderboards will be automatically calculated based on a complicated algorithm that takes into account all users in the tournament and how many of each rank their are.

Does in-game rank show on Repeat?

Yes, your in-game rank will be displayed in the “My Statistics” section once you have joined a tournament. You will also be able to see other players’ in game rank on their profile card.

What is the payout structure like?

Each tournament will split the total prize pool evenly and pay out the top players in each leaderboard.

Repeat’s online tournaments are a completely unique experience. After signing up, users can choose to connect any of the games we offer to their Repeat account with their in-game ID and all scores of tournaments they enter are tracked automatically without the use of any extra software. From there, you simply play the correct game mode (listed on the tournament Rules page) in game, as many games as you can and we track your top 3, 5, or 10 games depending on the tournament length.

Get more info on our Getting Started page.

We offer free to enter tournaments for a wide variety of games with more coming in the future!
